- Pricing is in Australian dollars, GST inclusive.
- Shipping charges are FREE for orders over $99.95 (within Australia). For orders under $99.95 a flat rate of $12.95 applies.
- Express Post can be selected for $19.95 (for delivery time details please refer to the Australia Post website).
- We ship all orders from Sydney using Australia Post. Note that there are restrictions on some products. Estimated delivery times by Australia Post here.
- Not all products are kept in stock and orders may be subject to supplier availability.
- We currently only ship to addresses in Australia.
Click and collect
- We offer an order pick up service from Sydney (Balmain) - 7 days. Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm, Sat-Sun 8am-2pm.
- Parcels will be left at the main reception of Sydney Harbour Boat Storage at White Bay 6 Marine Park.
- Select the click and collect option at checkout and you will be notified as soon as your order is ready. Note that you will still need to enter a shipping address - just tick the 'ship to billing address' for speed and ease of process.
- Regatta pickups are available where we have a popup shop, tick the appropriate box when placing your order.

- If you need to return an item, login to your account
- View the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu
- Click the Return Item(s) button.
- Authorised returns can by by post, or drop off at our showroom. Address details are on returns authorisation.
- Only authorised returns will be processed.
- If you are returning items for a refund, please login to your account as per 'How to' and complete the return request.
- You may return most new items in resaleable condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
- Items must include undamaged original packaging and have labels attached and intact.
- Return delivery costs are your responsibility.
- Returns maybe subject to a $20.00 restocking fee if the original order was sent post free.
- Any original postage paid by you is not refundable.
- SPECIAL ORDERS and CLEARANCE ITEMS are firm sale. Refunds only under warranty.
- If you are returning to exchange for a different size, please login to your account as per 'How to' and complete the return request.
- ALL RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE MUST INCLUDE A REPLY-PAID AUSTRALIA POST ENVELOPE for new gear to be sent to you.
- Products bought on SPECIAL or CLEARANCE may not be able to be exchanged unless other size/colour readily available.
- Our error - We pay the return shipping costs via Australia Post if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Contact us to arrange.
- Special orders / embroidery / logo jobs - please note there are no returns or exchanges on special orders unless product is faulty.
